with Eliza Meeker

Qigong is a practice based in the principles of Chinese Medicine.

Qigong uses gentle movements to clear out stagnant energy, bring in new energy, and support the five yin organs: Lungs, Heart, Liver, Kidneys, and Spleen. Qigong promotes good physical health as well ans emotional clearing. This gentle practice takes 45 minutes, and it is easy for anyone to participate!

Eliza Meeker is a Doctor of Chinese Energetic Medicine, practicing both Chinese Energetic Medicine and Seitai (Tuina), two branches of Chinese Medicine. She is the founder of Two Branches Qigong in Vermont, is a founding member of California Qigong, and recently presented at the Tai Chi & Qigong Conference at Harvard Medical School.
